What is a business Tikkie?
A business Tikkie is a payment request that you send to one of your customers, either on WhatsApp or social media, or by email or text message. You decide which medium to use. The Tikkie contains a link that your customers can use to make an iDEAL | Wero payment.
Who can pay via a business Tikkie?
A business Tikkie is the same as a standard Tikkie. Anyone with a Dutch bank account number can pay a Tikkie. It is also possible to pay from a bank account in another country, provided that the bank supports iDEAL | Wero.
What are the costs of a Tikkie?
You pay €7.50 per month to use Tikkie. This includes 20 paid Tikkies. Do you have more paid Tikkies? In that case, the price per Tikkie depends on the number of paid Tikkies per month: - 21–100 paid Tikkies per month: €0.25 per transaction - 101–500 paid Tikkies per month: €0.20 per transaction - More than 500 paid Tikkies per month: €0.15 per transaction These prices are exclusive of VAT.
How do I cancel my Tikkie business account?
We’re sorry to hear you want to stop using Tikkie Business. You can do this yourself via the web portal. Log in using the email address we have on file at https://business.tikkie.me/login. Go to ‘Settings’. At the bottom of the page, you can cancel your Tikkie Business account.
Download your statements in good time. Access to the Tikkie portal will expire on the day we close your account. If you wish to download any statements, it’s a good idea to do so in good time.
When do the charges stop? You always pay the charges for Tikkie Business the following month. That’s why you’ll still see the charges on your next month’s statement. You can find these in ABN AMRO Internet Banking. Log in to abnamro.nl and go to ‘Manage yourself’ > ‘Download statements’.
Have you switched banks? Did you know that we can also add an account number from another bank? That way, you can continue to send business Tikkies even if you no longer bank with ABN AMRO. Send us an email and we’ll make sure you can carry on!
